Four Themes for 2017

This year I’m planning my year around themes. Four themes. Each theme is something I want to focus on throughout the year.

The themes are Meditation, Writing, Exercise, and Reading.  I want to spend roughly fifteen minutes a day doing each of the following every day of 2017.

Meditation: I will meditate for 10 minutes using Headspace’s app.

Writing: I will publish a daily blog post.

Exercise: I will exercise for at least 15 minutes a day.

Reading: I will read  a book for at least 15 minutes a day
