Yesterday, I was thinking about sleep, or lack of sleep, when thinking about my current schedule. I know everyone talks about getting eight hours of sleep but I’m never able to work it into my schedule.

For the past year or two I’ve been trying to wake up around 5 am. It’s been somewhat successful. Though I’m thinking about how to improve my current effectiveness. I usually strive for seven hours but I don’t always get that amount. My excuse is get more work accomplished either at night or during the day.  

During the past week, I was wondering if my lack of sleep due to trying to hustle is filling my edge. This weekend, I’m going to think about how I can fit in an extra work while still getting my extra sleep. This next week, I think I’m going to try to get eight hours of sleep each night to see if it makes me more effective during the day.
