Move (&sweat) everyday

Two days ago, I started a new challenge. It’s to record a workout in my workout notebook, every day. I don’t have to do something crazy long everyday. It can be as simple as 10 pushups but the goal is to achieve it and record it each day for a 100 days. The main goals for the this workout program to concentrate on completing it in the morning and to train for a fall/winter marathon, complete a over fifty mile bike ride, and swim a mile by doing some type of exercise to achieve those goals each day. I started filling out my journal and I’m excited about the possibility of instilling the habit of working out in the morning to my daily routine.
